FAQ
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The signature is drawn and stamped onto the PDF in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDF never leaves your device.
Is this a legally binding electronic signature?
This tool adds a visual signature image to the page -- it does not create a cryptographic digital signature or an ID-verified e-signature of the kind some legal or regulatory processes require. For everyday paperwork between parties who trust each other, a visual signature is usually enough, but check your specific use case before relying on it for contracts that require certified e-signing.
Can I sign more than one page?
Yes -- use the page navigation to move to another page, drag the signature into place, and click "Sign PDF" again on that page.
What image formats can I upload for a signature?
PNG or JPG. PNG is recommended if your signature image has a transparent background.
