FAQ
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The form is read and filled in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDF never leaves your device.
What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
This tool only works with PDFs that already contain an AcroForm (fillable form fields) -- it can't detect blank areas on a scanned or flat PDF and turn them into fields.
What field types are supported?
Text boxes (including multi-line), checkboxes, dropdowns and radio button groups. Push buttons and list boxes aren't shown, since they hold no fillable value or aren't common enough to support yet.
Should I flatten the form?
Flattening burns your entered values into the page so they display identically in every PDF viewer and printer. Leave it unchecked if you want the PDF to stay editable afterward.
